We have a professional, yet fun and casual (i.e. shorts are okay in the summer) office located just off of Timberlane road, and you'll be working with me, and our like-minded team. You'll have your own desk, computer, phone, email, etc...
This is full-time, but if you think you'd be a really good fit for this position, and you can only do part-time, we're flexible and can make that work. Hours are flexible, and we could use someone starting as early as 6:00am, or as late as 10:00am, so you may set your own hours. But, once we agree to a schedule we will be depending on you to be in and working when you agree to be here.
I am an equal opportunity employer. I understand the value of having different perspectives within a team and appreciate having a diverse workforce. I’m looking for the person who is going to kick-butt and do a great job. We are a drug free workplace. Every new employee must undergo a pre-employment drug test prior to starting employment.
We are very focused on the business and your primary function is to support our highest and best use of time, which means we'll be expecting a lot from you and expect that when a project is assigned and a deadline and specifications agreed upon, that that's the last we'll hear about the project until it's completed to spec and on time. We don't take missed deadlines or excuses lightly, but do keep an open line of communication during projects if you need help or guidance. We have a lot of trust in our team members, and place a lot of responsibility in your hands. This means you can make quite a lot of decisions from purchases, to vendors, to design, to approvals, etc...

It wouldn’t hurt to make reference to what interests you from your research in your cover letter below.
You'll note that we don't have a long list of requirements, degrees, etc... If this seems like the kind of opportunity that would be of interest to you, we're looking for people with the right personality and attitude and even better with applicable results. We don't want to know your job title so much as what results you've brought to past companies, and what sort of results you think you can bring to us. If you think you might be a good fit, we'd be interested in talking to you further.
Step 1: If you are interested so far, the first step is a pre-interview. In the pre-interview you listen to a 1-hour recording I made that outlines what the company does, benefits and our philosophy. This is like having a first-interview, but you don’t have to get dressed up. Instead, you get to find out more information before doing anything. It’s important that you listen to the entire recording before you contact us about the opportunity. The recording is available right here to the right of this page. You can press the sideways triangle play button to may listen online or download the MP3 file and listen on your Ipod or MP3 player. However, it’s crucial that you listen to the entire pre-interview recording before moving on to step 2 of the process.

Step 2: Second, Send your resume along with a letter outlining your qualifications and salary expectations to Robert Skrob to 335 Beard St., 32303.
Step 3: If based upon your letter and your resume I choose to speak with you, someone from our team will call you to schedule a 30-minute telephone discussion so I we can get to know each other better and decide where to go from there.
Step 4: I’ll invite four to five candidates to the office for an in-person interview so I and our team can select the best person to complete our team.
Step 5: Hurrah! You have a new position.
For the second interview we’ll have a longer discussion, reserved form 2-3 candidates. I’ll give you a tour of the office, show you where you’d be working and introduce you to the rest of the team.
Then, if you and I decide employment here is right for us, I’ll offer you the opportunity and work out the details.
Remember, though, this all starts with Step 1, listening to the recording, you can listen to that here.
